Direct Billing

We offer direct billing for almost all of our services. We require an authorization and consent document to be signed, as well as a valid credit card on file in order to bill on your behalf.

Custom Orthotics

Orthotics are custom made medical devices used in footwear to help support and align poor foot mechanics as well as accommodate foot deformities. Our orthotics are custom made using scanner technology and are fitted individually for each patient and their needs. Custom orthotics can be used in all shoe types.
